Jorge Castillo

Jorge Castillo began his community-organizing journey in the mid-1990s in Los Angeles. He has managed successful grassroots, statewide, and local policy campaigns. As the Organizing and Training Director of the Safe Return Project, Jorge will guide policy efforts and lead staff development, including training and supervision.

Jorge holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Iowa and a Master's in Latin American Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles.
